Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Koordinierung des Stützpunktes
- Controlling im Bereich Sales/Aftersales mit Einholung Reports
- Marketing-/Eventpläne Sales / Aftersales mit Marketingteam besprechen/ausarbeiten
- Events begleiten und führen
- Repräsentierung der Marken / des Stützpunkts
- Passende Kooperationspartner akquirieren
- Personalführung und Personalgespräche
- Gemeinsame Strategieentwicklung und Weiterentwicklung Sales/Aftersales
- Betreuung VIP Kunden mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Kostenkontrolle/-freigabe Sales/Aftersales
- Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
- Begleitung der Auszubildenden, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Ausbildungsplans in Kooperation mit dem Ausbilder
- Einhaltung von Budgetplanung

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Automobilmanagement.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in leitender Position im Automobilhandel, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Luxusfahrzeugen.
- Exzellente Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, ein motiviertes Team zu entwickeln und zu inspirieren.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis des Automobilmarktes und der Kundenbedürfnisse im Luxussegment.
- Starke unternehmerische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen und umzusetzen.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Serviceorientierung.
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
